As Creative Director of Charles Worthington salons, he has won many international awards, including British Hairdresser Of The Year twice and Men's Hairdresser Of The Year. In 2006 Charles was listed in the Queen's Birthday Honours List and awarded an MBE for Services to Hairdressing.
The launch of The House of Charles Worthington was the next highlight in Charles calendar, based in Great Queen Street the salon has proved to be a huge hit with clients and celebrities alike choosing the salon as their destination of choice.
Charles himself is constantly on call for red carpet events, from the BAFTAS to Cannes, the Golden Globes to the most important event on Hollywood calendar the Oscars. Charles is also the resident hair expert on the UK morning TV show 'This Morning' giving advice to the nation and performing live make-over’s. In addition, his Creative Team - the next generation of up-and-coming hairdressing talent - travel the globe for international fashion weeks, special events and session styling assignments.
